“Wendy has been "looking after" us for many years and she has never disappointed us or let us down. Wendy is always quick to respond to our enquiries, from start to finish. “We have booked several amazing holidays through Wendy. From the start of the booking, getting the best possible price, checking and double checking our arrangements, including transfers, requests with the hotel, checking us in and printing our boarding passes. “Excellent customer service from start to finish nothing too much trouble. I can’t thank Wendy enough always goes the extra mile. Had a flight change last minute with Jet2 out of office hours but Wendy got it resolved so that we had all the confirmation sorted before travel. Very much appreciated everything done for you from start to finish just have to turn up at the airport. Where else would you get a first class service like that. Wouldn't book anywhere else.”
